is AS9100D accredited, meeting the needs of its customers with the highest quality standards. We maintain 100% accountability and traceability of all products from raw material to manufactured goods.

As part of FON’s Quality Management System (QMS), our inspectors perform in-process inspections on all products and material prior to starting a job and after every significant manufacturing step. Work orders are updated and scanned after every production step identifying the artisan and inspector for each process. All blueprints reside on our DOC control/Sharepoint to ensure accuracy and product conformance to latest standards and requirements. Non-conforming products are quarantined and documented in order to track the necessary corrective action to completion.

We invite our Government and Civilian customers to be on-site for First Article Inspections (FAI) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to provide concurrence on the completeness and correctness of the final product.

FON works with established and approved suppliers familiar with our requirements, standards, and terms and conditions. Certificates of Compliance are provided for delivered materials.
