Kitting & PCA at FON
FON logisticians schedule and perform a PKI (Physical Kit Inventory) to ensure that all deliverable parts are kitted to the correct NHA and all cables assemblies are accurately tracked via our ERP system to support on-time delivery.
Our dedicated on-site PCA area provides GOVERNMENT, DCMA and CIVILIAN customers space to conduct final kit and product reviews as well as first article inspections. All products ship with Certificates of Conformance attesting to QA approval and compliance with all DFARS and Supplier traceability flow downs.
