President Lisa Machel has been a business-woman and entrepreneur for more than 20 years. She has worked in both civilian and government industries bringing program management experience, procurement expertise and a proven commitment to organizational success.
FON's strength is focusing on the customer. As President, Lisa remains close to the requirement, informs, and updates her technical team, provides customers with regular status updates and ensures FON products meet or exceed every step of the Quality and Selloff process. Lisa brought on a Manufacturing Director who has 35 years of experience as an aerospace technician and Electrical / Assembly Supervisor. Together they have recruited and trained a skilled team of ETA certified fiber optics technicians and installers who are knowledgeable on everything from core fiber optics practices and standards to new and emerging technology and test equipment.
